The latest driver for PD1560 is in Chinese for me on Windows 7. How do I change the driver language?
I can’t install the driver because my mac version is too old (10.8.5). the application require OS X 10.10. How can I do ?

I have the PD1560 on two Windows 10 PC’s. They had been functioning perfect, but it has been a month since we used them. Now the tablet does not react in any way to the pen on either machine. I have reinstalled the drivers and rebooted – no change. Can you tell me what to do? Thanks
To clarify my previous post, we have two PD1560’s on two PC’s.
I have two pd1560’s attached each to two Windows 10 PCs. Each of them were working perfectly as of a month ago. Started one up to draw on a PowerPoint presentation and the tablet would not respond to the pen. The tablet indicated as being connected and the press keys on the tablet work. Started the other tablet on the other machine and it had the same problem. I downloaded and reinstalled the drivers to no effect and rebooted the devices. Is there a Windows update causing a problem? hi i just bought a pen from online, anfd its not working.. i am using windows 10 for my drawing monitor, i even installed a driver…pls. help.
Which product do you use and which pen do you bought? Could you please provide us the the purchasing link? Because the pen needs to be paired with the products.
